Debbi retired after 35 years as a Jewish communal professional specializing in organizational development and leadership development. The highlight of her career was when the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County established the Debbi Roshfeld Professional Leadership Award in honor of her retirement. 

Debbi’s first experience with Melton was as a facilitator for Melton’s Leadership Development curriculum.  Having designed and facilitated countless leadership programs, she was impressed with Melton’s approach to text-based learning. After retirement she became a Melton learner, and she’s lost track of how many Melton classes she’s taken since. 

This past year she went on her first Melton travel experience — the inaugural Women’s Retreat — and is eagerly anticipating her next trip. 

Joining the Melton Board gives Debbi an opportunity to pay it forward in the same way that previous leadership shaped the wonderful learning experience she has had thanks to Melton.
