Jody Litwack, JD, is the Director of Operations in the NA office, and is the resource for information and problem-solving related to the Melton Direct and Franchise models, Student Readers, conference logistics, contracts, and all other operational areas. She is an alumna of the Boston University School of Law and previously practiced labor and employment law in Chicago.
