Jody Litwack is the Senior Director of Partnerships for the Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning, returning to Melton after two years as Executive Director of Beth Emet The Free Synagogue with a strong background in nonprofit operations and law. Jody previously worked for Melton as the Director of Operations, helping to bring pluralistic, adult Jewish learning to communities worldwide, and has a solid understanding of the Melton mission and vision. Jody worked as a labor and employment attorney in downtown Chicago at the start of her career and, after raising her three children in Highland Park, IL, now lives and works in Evanston, IL.
Jody graduated from Boston University School of Law and Kent State University. She is a joyful new bubbe and beginning pilates enthusiast, and tries to approach each day with positivity and gratitude.
