Paulina is Melton’s Development Associate, bringing with her almost a decade of experience in nonprofit programming, communications, and strategic planning. Paulina holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Rutgers University and is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations through thoughtful fundraising and operational support. Prior to pursuing higher education, Paulina was Senior Manager, National Strategy at the Jewish Federations of North America. In her spare time, Paulina enjoys finding new coffee places to try and listening to audiobooks on long walks.
