Robyn Teplitzky, MSW, is founder of RKT Consulting Group and is committed to serving the nonprofit world as a consultant and coach.

The majority of her career has been in the communal work with various Jewish Federations.  She has consulted for several National organizations including JScreen at Emory University, The Florence Melton School for Adult Jewish Learning, inSIGHT Through Education, a Holocaust education program in South Florida, and the University of Connecticut. She is a former Senior Director of the Mandel Center for Leadership Excellence for the Jewish Federations of North America. Her most recent position was at the Jewish Federation of Greater New Haven as the Senior Consultant.

Robyn received several leadership awards including the National JFNA Women’s Philanthropy Kipnis-Wilson/Friedland Award, was the 2023 honoree for the Jewish Historical Society of Greater New Haven, and a past recipient of the ADL Leadership Award for Excellence.

Born and raised in Hamden, CT, she is a graduate of the University of Miami and Wurzweiler School of Social Work, Yeshiva University. She and her husband, Jeffrey, live in Milford, CT, and Jupiter, FL. Robyn enjoys photography, reading, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family.
