Robyn Teplitzky, MSW, organizational consultant, has joined the Melton team to work with the development committee to implement an annual fund campaign and to oversee the functions of Yesod, a national leadership development program. Robyn comes to Melton with a strong background in Jewish communal affairs. She founded RKT Consulting Group to work with nonprofit organizations achieve their fundraising goas after working as a JCC Youth and Young Adult Director and at Jewish Federation. She has served as a Director of Annual Giving and Diversity Co-chair and was the past director of the Mandel Center for Leadership Excellence at the Jewish Federations of North America.
