Andrea Gardenhour, MAEd, MANPM, is the Senior Director of Programs for the Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning. Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Andrea studied and worked in Israel where she began her lifelong passion for Jewish education. A former faculty member of Melton’s Conejo/West Valley site in Los Angeles, her commitment and dedication to the transmission of Jewish values and meaningful Jewish experiences is a driving force in her life. Since receiving her Masters’ degrees from Hebrew Union College in Los Angeles, Andrea has worked across the Jewish landscape in a broad spectrum of settings and maintains that more than anything else, teaching, which she equates to learning, is her most favorite endeavor.
